Established in 2003 by Alex Palmer a Qualified Sports Coach, FCS (Football and Cricket Specialists) is a growing company which offers sports qualified coaching throughout the county of Leicestershire. Our primary objective is to provide sport for children in the 4-11 year age bracket. We offer sports courses in a number of different areas including in and out of school hours.
Everybody has an ambition, particularly in the young. Our ambition is to have a safe, fun enjoyable atmosphere, which not only encourages sports participation but also enhances healthy living, social inclusion and personal development skills.
We encourage participation from all social backgrounds, never discriminating against colour, race, ethnic or national origin, religion, sex or physical ability.

ALEX PALMER
Alex is the Head Coach and founder of FCS since 2003. He has been passionate about coaching sports and giving children from all backgrounds the opportunity to live a healthier lifestyle. He was at Mansfield Town Football club at schoolboy level and then moved into semi-professional in both Football and Cricket. During this time he coached Loughborough Football club under 8's and Loughborough Outwoods Cricket club under 13's. His Qualifications include:
F.A Level 2 Certificate in Coaching Football
Including: Laws of the Game; Certificate in Child Protection Workshop and Certificate in Attendance in Emergency Aid.
E.C.B Level 1 Certificate in Coaching Cricket
ACS Level 2 award in Coaching Studies
Top Play and Sport Certificate
Junior Team Football Management Certificate
Coaching resistance Training Certificate
