FCS Out of School Club

After School Club Policy

The most important thing is for your child to have a fun and enjoyable after school club. We will provide a safe and secure environment where children will be able to take part in a range of creative and fun activities.

FCS Sports Coaching out of school club gives children a chance to make new friends, learn new skills, relax, take part in energetic but safe games and enjoy new experiences, within a caring environment in which parents/carers can place their full confidence.

What are the opening hours?

· After school club: End of school day - 5.30pm (term time only)

Half term/summer holiday camp – 8.30am – 4.00pm

How to make a booking?

· All bookings must be made by clicking on the following link: https://fcscoaching.co.uk/book-now/ and then locate your school.

· Fees must be paid at the time of booking.

· A booking confirmation/receipt will be emailed on completing of your payment.

· We use Stripe to process our online transactions. It is reliable, secure and you don't need an account in order to use the service. We do not store credit card details, nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.

· Please do not send your child to the club if booking has NOT been made.

· There are no refunds or credits once booking has been made.

· No credits for siblings or anyone else in the same household.

. Late pick up after 5.40pm for After-school club is £5 charge.

Late pick up after 3.15pm or 4.15pm for Holiday club is £5 charge.

· Fees will be evaluated each September.

· Please note some of our clubs are very popular and get booked up quite quickly. If you find a club is fully booked, please email fcscoaching@live.co.uk to be put on a waiting list or you may add your child's name to the Pebble waiting list.

· The name and contact details of those people able to collect the child(ren) will be recorded by the parent/carer when setting up a booking. If there is going to be a change to the collection arrangements, parents/carers will be required to contact the school during the school day to report this or to FCS. If there's an adult that is NOT allowed to pick up children, please state on the booking form and create a password for those who will be picking up.

Where do I pick up from?

Children will be collected from their classes and to be picked up from the hall doors/after school club room for an After-school club session.

Parents may collect their children part way through a session, although the sessions will work more effectively if children are able to begin and end at the given times.

For holiday clubs please visit the venues main entrance.

Snacks provided?

· Please pack your child with a snack to have before the sessions starts.

· Drinking water is readily available. No fizzy drinks allowed.

· No nuts please or any products that may contain traces

· Fruit is also provided for After-school club only.

Allergies -

Parents/carers are responsible for telling FCS Sports Coaching staff if their child(ren) has an allergy. These can be entered for each child on your online account under the heading ‘special requirements. The necessary precautions will be taken to safeguard the child, including displaying medical information in the appropriate places and providing staff with relevant/specified training if required.

Non-attendance and lateness -

· Please notify FCS Sports Coaching with at least 24 hours’ notice if a child is not going to be attending their session.

· Please ensure that your child is collected promptly by the end of their session. Not only does lateness impact the child emotionally it also impacts safe staff ratios at the club.

· We understand that there are exceptional circumstances so if you are running late, please call the FCS Sports Coaching mobile – 07742 838211.

· Persistent lateness will incur the cost of the next session.

Eligibility -

Children must be enrolled at the school you are booking on to be eligible for a place. This only applies for After-school club sessions.

Behaviour -

FCS Sports Coaching uses the school’s behaviour policy and holds the same high expectations.

Resources and equipment -

The children will have the opportunity to enjoy a range of resources and equipment that have been purchased specifically for our sessions.

SEND and Additional Requirements

· FCS Sports Coaching is inclusive, and we would like to work with parents to effectively meet the needs of all children.

· Please inform us of medical requirements before the child starts at the club. These can be entered for each child on your online account under the heading ‘Special requirements’.

Additional information

· Payments will be returned if a class must be cancelled due to minimum numbers not being achieved.

· FCS or any of their staff are responsible for any loss or injury during the session.

· FCS reserves the right to remove from our programme, without refund, anyone who is found to be bullying, misbehaving or displaying disruptive behaviour.

· If you have any safeguarding concerns, please inform me a DSL trained officer.
